Booking our tickets online was really straightforward, which I appreciated. The site was easy to use, payment went through without any issues, and the confirmation email came through right away. I’m always a bit careful about prices, but it felt fair enough and the whole process was hassle-free.

We went with the kids and parking was not a big headache, which I was kind of expecting. The signs were easy to follow, and we found a spot without circling forever. Also, the walk to the entrance wasn’t too far, which makes such a difference when you’ve got little ones and all their stuff. It did get a little busy when we were leaving, but nothing that ruined the day or anything. Overall, parking was one of the less stressful parts of the whole trip.

We had a nice day overall at Peppa Pig World, and the kids enjoyed themselves, but the baby changing areas were a bit of a let down. A couple we tried were really busy, not the cleanest, and the bins were full, plus there was barely any room to put bags down without feeling in the way.
For somewhere that’s so geared towards little ones, I expected better. I did mention it and the reply was basically along the lines of “we’ll pass this on to the team” and that they “try to check facilities regularly,” which is fair enough, but it didn’t really match what we saw on the day. Staff were friendly, no complaints there, but the changing rooms definitely need keeping on top of more.

The staff were really on top of checking everyone’s belts, which made me feel super safe. The rides ran smoothly all day too, i don’t think I hit a single rough moment the whole time.

I was expecting the food to be ridiculously expensive, but it wasn’t bad for a theme park. The kids’ meals were priced fairly and the portions were enough to keep everyone happy. It was nice not to feel completely ripped off for once. Weirdly, I still remember the little ketchup packets being shaped differently than usual, which somehow stuck in my brain

We had a good day overall, but wow, the gift shop prices were higher than I expected. The kids wanted basically everything they saw, and it got stressful fast trying to say no without ruining the mood. The stuff was nice, just definitely not cheap, so it added up way quicker than I thought it would

The whole cafe queue was a nightmare. We waited ages for basic kids’ meals, and when the food finally came out it was cold. The staff looked completely stressed, so it just felt chaotic from start to finish. I feel a bit stupid for trusting it would be a quick, decent place to eat with the kids.

Had a nice day at the park, it was really clean the whole time we were there. Even toilets were actually alright, which was a surprise. Only thing is bins could of been emptied bit quicker, but overall it was good visit.

The room felt a bit tired and, to be fair, it wasn’t awful, but for the price I expected better. It just didn’t feel like great value for a short break.

Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially by the rides when we had questions. A couple of them did seem a bit rushed and not very chatty, but to be fair it was busy. We didn’t have any bad experiences, it just felt a little "hit and miss" depending on who you spoke to. Overall it was okay, and the kids still had a good day

There were seats pretty much everywhere, which was actually really handy. I almost wondered why there were so many open spots, but hey, I wasn’t complaining...

I’d say the food was fine overall, I guess, nothing was outright bad, but it definitely didn’t feel especially good either. The kids seemed happy enough with the chips and nuggets, so that was a plus, but my burger was kind of dry and the bun tasted like it may have been sitting out for a while.
The prices were pretty much what I expected for a theme park, so I wasn’t exactly shocked, but I still hoped the quality would be a bit better. It wasn’t terrible or anything, though I’m sure I’d bring some snacks with me next time.

The picnic area was a let down. We’d had the booking email and receipt all sorted, so I was expecting it to be a bit more organised when we got there. There were hardly any tables free, the bins were overflowing, and there wasn’t any shade to speak of. We ended up sitting on the grass trying to eat while wasps hovered around us, which wasn’t ideal with tired kids in tow.

The weather threw things off a bit, and I was expecting the day to be a hassle. But my instinct was to just check in with the staff, and I’m glad I did because they were really helpful. They kept us updated, sorted our tickets without any fuss, and made everything feel way less stressful. The kids still ended up having a lovely time, which was the main thing. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

We booked mainly because of the Peppa meet and greets, so I was assuming that would be one of the better organised parts of the day. Sadly, it just felt a bit chaotic from the start.

The queues were all over the place, there weren’t really clear times, and it seemed to follow the same pattern of everyone standing around confused until suddenly the line moved. When we finally got to the front, it was over in what felt like a few seconds. My little one barely got a wave before we were being ushered along, and the staff looked stressed rather than friendly.

For the price, I expected more. You sort of assume a kids’ attraction would have the character bit running smoothly, but there were upset kids and irritated parents everywhere. It wasn’t the fun moment we’d pictured, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

We went recently and the kids had a brilliant time on the rides, so overall it was a fun day out. But what’s stuck in my mind most is the state of the toilets near the rides. They were messy, one had no soap, and the queues got frustrating after a while. It’s a shame because everything else was enjoyable, but that part really needs sorting.

Some parts looked a little worn out, and it felt crowded, which made it hard to keep an eye on the younger ones with bigger kids running around. They did enjoy themselves for a bit, but I think a lot of parents would expect it to be cleaner and better maintained for the price

We found it really easy to find our way around. The signs were clear, so it never felt confusing.
